This is an open level class that is a mix of dance and acro. We will learn floorwork and rolls, and incorporate or connect them into dance lifts, counterbalances, and acro yoga. In this class we'll look at how to transition dynamically in and out of the ground, as well as between individual movements and partnerwork.
