Eventualize Workshop: Beats

Through momentum-based techniques and drills, participants will learn the tools to better conserve energy and execute acrobatic skills on a vertical apparatus.  This workshop's exercises focusing on somatic interrogation and physical conditioning will bring a better understanding to the physics of the body in suspension.
