Adult Beginner Sling

Aerial Sling is a unique apparatus that takes silks wraps into a new direction. The aerial sling class will teach wraps, flexibility, technique using movement and aerial theory. 

Each week, students will learn fun shapes, sequences and drops in a safe and fun environment.
