Want to join the circus but feel you need to be stronger first?
Using circus apparatuses, this fun fitness class will get you stronger and ready for any of our circus or acro classes!  Cardio mixed with strength training and exercises to get your muscles mobile.   
This class is designed to help you build core and upper body strength to prepare you for circus classes.  Or, just come to get strong! 
No previous circus or dance experience needed.
Already in circus classes and want to boost your training? Take this or our Conditioning for Aerialists class on Tuesday!
