Working on more complex skills and sequences, refining technique and building stamina. In order to participate in this class, you should be able to put on a foot lock, invert and scissor (hip key), all unassisted.
Single Pass, Pass of 5 and Pass of 10 are available.
Once Pass has been purchased, signing up in advance of your desired class is recommended as spots are limited.
You are only allowed to make reservations 30 days in advance.
