This workshop is for intermediate and advanced aerialists.
We will explore different sequences in the ropes and play with interesting shapes, pathways, and transitions. The second part of the workshop will focus on spinning technique, including high and low bar spins. For those who not wish to spin, alternative skills will be provided.
Participants should be able to invert comfortably in the air and have good grip strength. Ankle covering is recommended. Bring socks for spinning!
Note: Spinning can cause dizziness and nausea, especially if you are new to it. Participants should eat a small snack before the workshop. Candied ginger, ginger chews and non-drowsy gravol ginger tables can help with spinning-induced dizziness.
